Magic Aire WEBLINK Order Status System
Registration Instructions
Welcome to Magic Aire’s WebLink Order Status System. This system will allow you to obtain the on-line status of your orders and shipments in our system. The system is available from 6am to 12pm midnight 7 days per week. To use this system, you will need a computer with Internet access and a web browser (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer).
Registering for access to the WebLink system is a 2-step process: (1). you send information and Magic Aire establishes a user account logon (step 1 details); and then (2) you finish the login process to create a company account logon (step 2 details).
Follow these instructions to get a user acccount logon to MagicAire’s Weblink system:
1. Send the following information to MagicAire Customer Service at customer.service@magicaire.com:
- Your company’s name
- Your company’s 5-digit bill-to customer number
- Your telephone number
- Your first and last name
- Your individual email address
2. Customer Service will then contact you when you can take the next step to get your password.
