The modular air handler series can be utilized with blower discharge configurations of vertical, horizontal and even counterflow. Available from 2 to 20 tons, available options include chilled water and DX cooling coils, heating coils, mixing boxes and leg kits.

Vertical belt driven air handlers with variable pitch motor sheaves allow greater control to deliver desired CFM vs. ESP. Available options are chilled water and DX cooling coils, heating coils, discharge and return boxes (grilles must be field supplied). Check valves for heat pump application are also offered for field conversion of DX cooling coils. Units are available from 2 to 10 tons.

Our rooftop series of air handlers are suited for a wide range of applications, from straight cooling to makeup air. Accessories include chilled water and DX cooling coils (standard units can accept up to 8 rows of coil), economizers, manual outside air dampers/hoods, hot water/steam coils and curbs. Units are available 2 to 20 tons.

CEW Series - Ceiling Exposed Horizontal Fan Coil Units

Decorative, slim cabinet designed for exposed ceiling applications. Unit includes double deflection discharge grille. Cabinet is galvanealed steel with textured baked powder Polar Ice color coating for the ultimate in durability. All panels are lined with acoustic and thermal glass fiber insulation. Filters are one inch throwaway and are accessed through the hinged bottom service panel. Optional mixed air damper for 100% outside air requirements.

The Premium Quality, High Seer Combination Fan Coil Units for Vertical and Horizontal Application with Hydronic or Electric Heat.

This horizontal air handler is designed for hideaway application within the duct system, where high static pressure requirements prevent use of a typical fan coil. Large air volume capacity blowers allow nominal CFM delivery up to 0.5 " ESP. This model is available in 1 to 2.5 tons.

DVW Series - Vertical Direct Drive Chilled Water Air Units

Vertical direct drive air handlers are especially adaptable for installation in an apartment closet type area. Unit design allows for connection to remote condensing units, chillers and water heating systems. These units are available in 1 to 2.5 ton sizes.

FFW / FSW / FHW Series - Floor Exposed Vertical Fan Coil Units

These floor exposed vertical fan coil units are available in 200-1200 CFM vertical configuration. Models FFW/FSW are designed to be floor mounted vertical units with exposed cabinetry. FSW units have a sloped top design at approximately 20 degrees.

These horizontal blower coil units provide flexibility of design due to belt driven fans, multiple coil row capability, and factory modifications available. Options including chilled water and DX cooling coils, hot water/ steam heating coils, pleated filters, mixing boxes and discharge grilles are available.

VW/HW Series - Vertical and Horizontal Water Coils

VX/HX Series - Vertical and Horizontal Direct Expansion Coils

Magic Aire vertical plenum and horizontal duct coils from 2 through 15 tons nominal. Horizontal DX expansion valves 7.5 to 10 tons. Vertical DX coils range up to 15 tons. Dual circuited 7.5 to 15 ton coils allow use with two remote condensing units. Water versions can be utilized for either chilled water cooling or hot water heating. Sizes range from 2 to 10 tons.

SHW - Hot Water Coils

Steam Coils - For Belted Blower Units

The HH-2, VH-2, and MH-2 Series hot water coils are not only designed for use with Magic Aire blower coil units, but as duct mounted booster coils as well. The SHW (Space Heating Water) Series is available in four sizes, from 1 to 4 rows, and can all ship via UPS. Framed construction provides easy duct mounting for use as a space heating coil.

UNIT VENTILATORS

MagicAire® Unit Ventilators are designed for a variety of applications where indoor air quality is critical, such as classrooms, hospitals, etc. They provide an energy-efficient means for maintaining excellent room conditions. A wide range of options are available to meet any specification, both in horizontal and vertical configuration. Horizontal units mount exposed or recessed and range in size from 750 to 2000 cfm. Vertical series units range in size from 500 through 1500 cfm. Units are available with chilled/hot water (2 or 4 pipe systems), direct expansion and/or steam/electric resistance heat.
